Sioux City Musketeers forward Ryan Rashid has committed to play collegiately at Niagara University following his USHL career.The 19-year-old native of Farmington Hills has posted seven points (4g, 3a) playing in all 20 games for the Musketeers this season. Rashid is playing in his first USHL season and registered his first point, an assist, in just his second game on October 9.
Rashid is the second USHL player to commit to Niagara University this season. Waterloo Black Hawks forward Patrick Divjak committed to play hockey for the Purple Eagles last month.
