The Plymouth Whalers traded 19-year-old left wing Mike Yovanic to the London Knights today in exchange for an eighth-round draft choice in the 2010 OHL Priority Selection.Yovanic, a Highland native, was signed by the Whalers as a free agent at the beginning of last season. He played in 21 games last year, compiling 25 penalty minutes.
This season, Yovanic played in Plymouth's first two games and compiled 10 PIMs.
