St. Clair native Zach Golembiewski, who will play for the United States National Team Development Program next season, has committed to Michigan State for the 2009-2010 season, according to the Port Huron Times Herald.Golembiewski spoke earlier this summer on his options and recently announced his commitment to the Spartans.
Golembiewski was a fifth-round pick of the Plymouth Whalers last May, but as of right now, will be going the NTDP/college route.
