Mr. Hockey coming to Saginaw

Former Detroit Red Wings great and hockey legend Gordie Howe, "Mr. Hockey," will be appearing at the Feb. 21 Saginaw Spirit game against the Plymouth Whalers. His appearance coincides with the Saginaw Chamber of Commerce Big Ticket Hockey Event.

The game starts at 7:11 p.m.

Howe will be signing autographs in the Bud Light Blue Line Club following the ceremonial puck drop. He will be signing a poster and/or commemorative program that are available for purchase at $25 each.

“Mr. Hockey is regarded as not only one of the best hockey players in the world, but also one of the best athletes," stated Spirit managing partner Craig Goslin. “We’re honored to bring him back to Saginaw so our fans can meet this living legend."
