On Thursday, October 4, the Alpena IceDiggers will host a meet the team dinner at the Thunder Bay Recreation Center in conjunction with the Alpena Youth Center at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are on sale inside the IceDiggers' main office and at various locations around Alpena. Prices are $30.00 for a family (two adults and up to four children 0 to 18), $20.00 for couples and $12.00 for an individual tickets.
The event will include a VIP table auction at 6:00 p.m. with dinner being served at 6:30 p.m. The IceDiggers and the Youth Center will auction off an IceDiggers jersey and tickets to future home games. All profits go to the Youth Center.
"We are very excited about this event," Alpena coach-GM Kenny Miller said. "Fans will get a chance to meet the new players and sit with them for a night of food and fun. The kids at the Youth Center will also be auctioning off art they have made for the event."
The meet the team dinner will have a cash bar that begins at 5:30 p.m.
