The Saginaw Spirit enter the week with three games remaining in a hotly-contested Western Conference – the Spirit, Guelph Storm, Sarnia Sting and Plymouth Whalers are fighting for dominance in the lower half of the conference.
The Spirit now have 72 points and a record of 32-25-6-2 and host the Windsor Spitfires on Friday night, travel to Sault Ste. Marie to play the Greyhounds Saturday night and close out the regular season Sunday afternoon at home against the Whalers.
