Ryan Hayes, a sixth-round pick of the Plymouth Whalers last May, has reportedly verbally committed to Boston College for the 2007-2008 school year.Hayes, a 5-foot-9, 169-pound forward from Syracuse, currently leads the U.S. Under-17 Team in scoring with 13 goals and 21 points in 24 NAHL games this year.
